Seven Step Process

Signing NDA - confidentiality agreement
In order to be able to give you an exact quote and timescale to complete the project we will need to receive a brief outlining your project. We take confidentiality seriously and sign a Non-disclosure agreement before receiving a brief for a project.
Free 1 Hour Consultation
Our highly skilled development team will sit with you and discuss your project in detail. At this stage they will identify the features and functionalities of the project and provide free technical expertise on the project.

Proposal
Once the development team have concluded all points to your project then they prepare a detailed proposal including all the information you require to make a decision such as costs involved and timescale to complete. We also give you flexibility with payments as we only take them stage-by-stage ensuring you are happy at all times.
Stage by Stage Payment
No upfront payments. Once you are happy with the proposal and it is signed we will then ask for the first stage payment and the work will commence immediately. Revisions will be included as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We only move onto the next stage once you are completely happy with the work.

Work In Progress
You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager throughout the stages of your project up to completion. They will act as the first point of contact to any questions or queries that you may have. This makes the progress a seamless process and ensures we exceed customer expectations and a timely delivery.
After Sales Reassurance
We make sure you receive a finished project that you are excited about. We take time out to train you on any projects carried out so you can get the best out of the project. We believe a happy customer is a loyal customer.

Ownership
We are different from most of the other companies, as we will give the entire Copyrights to our clients. We transfer the ownership of the software to your company so this particular bespoke software that has been created will be exclusively owned by yourselves.
